We would particularly like to thank Francesco Cinque for an impeccable experience. We have never encountered anyone as fantastic (not in the UK, in Italy, or anywhere else). We chose the hotel because of Francesco Cinque. When we met him a year ago, for a tour, we instantly understood the level at which he operated. We immediately felt that Francesco Cinque was a true professional and we would be in safe hands. Throughout the year of planning Francesco Cinque was excellent - very accomodating, kind, efficient, precise, and he made the entire process very easy.
